We appreciate your loyalty and kindly request your understanding of our business policies. As an appointment-only spa, we strive to provide a relaxing and efficient experience for all our valued guests.

• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: To ensure the availability of our services for other guests, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations.

• Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be applied.

• Missed Appointments: Missed appointments will be charged in full for the reserved service.

• Eyelash "Mini" Fill: Eyelash "mini" fills must be performed within 7 days of the previous appointment to maintain optimal results.

• Unnatural Eyelash Shedding: In the case of unnatural eyelash shedding, we offer a 15-minute complimentary touch-up. This touch-up must be scheduled within 5 days of the original appointment.
